Strategy For Success

1. Free Initial Consultation

30 - 60 Minutes

Projects begin with an initial phone consultation in which customer questions are answered and information gathering begins on goals, objectives and project viability.

2. Envisioning & Requirements

1 - 6 Weeks

For small-scale projects, requirements may be quickly gathered for inclusion in a statement of work. Larger projects will require additional time to interview stakeholders and subject matter experts. Requirements will be documented and a vision cast for the design of the application being written.

3. Statement of Work (SOW)

1 - 7 Days

A statement of work outlining the requirements, product vision, timeline, contract stipulations and payment terms will be presented to the customer. Clarifications and revisions may be required of this contract.

4. Project Development & Testing

1 Week - 12 Months

echnical design and construction of the application commence. Weekly status calls are conducted with the customer to ensure expectations are met. Once development and unit testing are complete, the customer has the opportunity to conduct their own acceptance testing of the product.

5. Production Launch

1 Day

Upon successfully developing and testing the application, the launch date is set. If necessary, data migration and transformation scripts are executed and the application is released for production use. Rollback plans are always in place in the case unforseen issues arise.

6. Maintenance

Intermittent / As Needed

The development team remains available indefinitely to correct any product defects and to provide feature enhancements as the customer's business needs evolve.
